All infomation provided by our users will not be shared with third parties for any other reason than to manufacture and deliver the product(s) to our client.  Casino Game Supplies reserves the right to contact its clients using any one of the contact methods its clients provide.  This site is secured by Rapid SSL 128 bit encryption for our customers protection. 


Delivery Policy

We ship to all states and provinces within the USA and Canada.  Shipping methods include: UPS ground, UPS frieght, DHL, ABF and other carriers.  Items will go out for delivery within 1-2 weeks if they are in stock and premaid.  If your order is custom, it may take 4 weeks or more to manufacture your order before it goes out for delivery.  Delivery dates cannot be gauranteed. You will be emailed a tracking number to track your shipment if tracking information is available.


Refund Policy

Inspection upon delivery is mandatory in you wish to claim a refund or exchange. If any product is damaged or incomplete, you may return it or its parts for a 100% refund or exchange, less shipping. If a product is completely damaged upon arrival, you must refuse the shipment. If parts are missing, incomplete or damaged, you must accept the shipment and inform the delivery company of the missing, incomplete or damaged parts. If you simply do not want the product, you may ship it back within 30 days and you will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping for both ways. However, no products with any custom components or any customization of any sort, can be returned for a refund. If you plan on returning a product, you must use one of the contact methods on our site and notify a representative of the reason why you are returning your product(s). All products returned must be in their original condition and unused in order to receive a refund. The return shipping address will be provided by a Casino Game Supplies representative.
