We ask that you do not republish, modify, upload, reproduce any of our materials without our written consent. Violations could infringe on our trademark and legal action will be taken.
All information provided by our users will not be shared with third parties for any other reason than to deliver product(s) to our clients. Casino Game Supplies reserves the right to contact its clients using any one of the contact methods its clients provide. This site is secured by a Rapid SSL 128 bit encryption for our customers' protection.
We ship to all states and provinces within the USA and Canada. Shipping methods include US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, and several LTL freight companies. Items will go out for delivery within 3-5 business days if they are in stock and pre-made. For custom products please allow 4 weeks or more to manufacture your order before it goes out for delivery. Most of our products are warehoused and delivered from the United States. All customers outside the USA will be responsible for duties and custom broker fees. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will be emailed a tracking number to track your shipment if tracking information is available.
Before signing for any packages, ensure that all items for the given tracking number are present and the correct number of cartons is received. Should any items be damaged, do not sign for the damaged items and refuse delivery for the damaged items only. If an item is damaged, make note of the damage on the delivery driver’s paperwork. You must have a copy of the paperwork to file your claim. Once the merchandise has been signed for and accepted, Casino Game Supplies will not replace or permit returns for any damaged products. Please adhere to these rules as there are no exceptions to this policy.
If you refuse a full delivery or any portion of a delivery due to damage, it is crucial that you call our office immediately so we may begin the return and replacement process. If you simply do not want the product, you may ship it back within 30 days of the purchased date. You will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping for both ways. All products returned must be in their original condition and unused in order to receive a refund. We cannot refund any products that have been customized.

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, EST. Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
